Shipping:

We are a manufacturer! Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail within 36 hours, not including weekends. In the event of a delay in shipping greater than 7 days ( not including weekends or holidays ) we will contact you via e-mail with the estimated shipping date and the option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable. E- check payments via Paypal from foreign banks will delay shipment until funds have cleared.

Return Policy:

All items sold as factory seconds are not eligible for size exchange or returns due to defects as they are sold with defects. 30 day warrenty does not apply to factory seconds. They are sold as is.

Used items are not eligible for a refund or size exchange.

Please order carefully! You are responsible for ordering the correct size. Any advice given you about size is to be used as a guideline only, as we are not there to measure you in person. If you order a wrong size we will exchange most items, however, we will not under any circumstances accept returns or exchanges on items that have been soiled or where there may be a health risk. If size or fit may be in question it is best to try the suit on OVER form fitting clothing. Suits damaged by use of excess force due to improper size can not be returned or exchanged. Customer returns though rare are handled on a case-by-case basis with no set policy. In general, new items for a refund will receive the cost of merchandise only minus postage. In the event of special reduced price shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.  Size exchanges are $10.00 plus postage for full suits and $5.00 for accessory items.

Please contact us via e-mail first with any return issues. Return packages without prior notifacation may be rejected.

If we ship you an incorrect item, we will replace it or refund your money (as well as the return First class or Priority flat rate shipping costs ) after the item has returned to us. We must be notified of this within 10 days of delivery.

We will replace or refund on any merchandise with a manufacturer's defect (which we must verify by inspection of the item); however, we must be notified by you of a defect within 30 days of delivery. WARRANTY VOID WITH THE USE OF ANY KIND OF RUBBER SHINE OR PRESERVATIVE PRODUCTS. If you have a problem with an item that you believe has a manufacturers defect, please contact us BEFORE you attempt to return it. Please do not attempt to modify or repair any item that you believe has a manufacturers defect as this will void any warranty that is stated or implied.
Under no circumstances will a refund or replacement be made without the return of the items in question.

We must be notified of return or exchange issues as quickly as possible. After 10 days of delivery items are no longer eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs for incorrectly order items. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. NO cash refunds.

International Customers:

To avoid misunderstanding, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value. You can track your shipment at http://www.usps.com/ . Please note that tracking is not always updated regularly, this does not mean your parcel is not moving. Latex Works LLC is not responsible for missed delivery attempts or delays at customs of the destination country. Import fees ( VAT ) may apply and vary with your country. Customs fees and VAT are not included in our shipping rates. USPS Customs Regulations set a $400.00 limit per package, orders over $400.00 are split into two or more shipments in order to comply with the $400.00 limit. Be aware that many contries may charge a per package import fee in addition to VAT.
