I wear waders a lot. I can't defend it from necessity, but they just feel so right to me.

One thing that's always disappointed was the loose, floppy fit of most chest waders. That may be fine if you're struggling across the South Fork of the North Platte. The force of all that raging water will press the waders against you, and you'd best hope your footing stays sure AND your wader belt snug.

On dry land though, they're mostly unflattering and impractical: Shoulder straps fall off, and there's this feeling that you're walking around in a floppy canvas and rubber barrel!

But I love that "step in and go" simplicity. So, when a friend suggested visiting the Hydrogove site, it wasn't the two-piece suits that first caught my eye (but I'm getting there!) No, it was those One-piece chest-high rubber waders and they looked mighty good to me.

Minutes after the Mail Lady left, I can attest that they feel even better than the photos could indicate. I'm wearing mine over the HG Rubber Swim Briefs, and I may still be wearing the whole wonderful feeling (and looking) lot when I call it a long but enjoyable rubber day.

Thanks HydroGlove! I'm a believer!
